Maybelline Hendrickson, RN
Co-Founder · Lead Aesthetic Injector

33+ years of nursing in ICU, Emergency, and ambulance services. Known for attention to detail and patient-centered care. Trained through AMET and Empire Medical Training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, and IV therapy.

Sheila Sissom, RN
Co-Founder

32+ years of nursing experience including ICU, Emergency, ED Nurse Manager, and House Supervisor. Specialized aesthetic training through AMET. Passionate about helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and cared for.

Who owns Two Pretty Girls Spa?
Two Pretty Girls Spa is co-owned by Maybelline Hendrickson, RN and Sheila Sissom, RN — two registered nurses with over 65 years of combined clinical experience in ICU, Emergency Department, and high-acuity medical settings.
What services do you offer?
Five core services: neurotoxin treatments (Botox), dermal fillers, medical weight loss programs, IV therapy, and hormone optimization (HRT). Each is delivered by a trained registered nurse.
Are your injectors medically trained?
Yes. Both founders are Registered Nurses with decades of high-acuity clinical experience. Maybelline completed advanced training through AMET and Empire Medical Training. Sheila completed specialized aesthetic training through Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET).
What is medical weight loss?
A physician-supervised program that may include prescription medications, nutritional guidance, and ongoing nurse-led monitoring. Programs are designed around safety, sustainability, and measurable results.
What does IV therapy do?
IV therapy delivers vitamins, minerals, and hydration directly into the bloodstream for fast absorption. It supports energy, immunity, recovery, hydration, and overall wellness.
